My relationship with Neotel has not been a good one. Let’s face it, their branding and product line up is great. Telkom have a problem with line theft, Neotel have a wireless product. Ok, that is a s far as it goes.

They followed iBurst’s example and oversupplied. Their call centre staff do not understand what service is, are badly trained, rude and arrogant.

How can they redeem themselves. Not my problem!
